With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction sector, Stavros has an instinctive understanding of property that most investors simply cannot replicate. From assessing structural integrity to accurately costing a full refurbishment, he evaluates every deal with the precision of someone who has built and delivered projects from the ground up. That expertise translates directly into smarter acquisitions, tighter numbers, and stronger returns for our investors.

The Midlands
One of the UK's highest-yielding investment regions — driven by major employers, multiple universities, HS2 infrastructure investment, and relative affordability. Gross BTL yields typically 6–9%, HMO yields 10–14%.
South East England
The Oxford–Milton Keynes–Reading corridor combines world-class universities, major science and tech parks, and strong commuter demand. Resilient rental markets with gross BTL yields of 5–8% and consistent long-term capital growth.
